Seems to be vegan leather, vintage bag worth quite a but to collectors, similar bags sell for quite a bit. Very hard to get. Other examples of this bag have sold for similar prices. Faux leather seemingly, a bit of damage here and there and some cracking / expansion of cuts on the shoulder strap where the belt meets the shoulder pad openings.
