I had the waist taken in and the hips but both can be let out to the original size 10 measurements. I also had C cups inserted, which can also be removed. I had it professionally hemmed. I am 5'7 and my heels were 3 inches. It was only hemmed in the front. There is one small tear in the lace along the seam, as noted in the picture. Originally $1899
