Light scoop neck with puff king sleeve/bow of the cuff
The neck is sheer tip about the bust line where it is lined
Fitted to the dropped gathered waist
Skirt is flowey to floor
The back is a low V with zipper.
Large bow at back
This dress is Union made in the USA
It is BEAUTIFUL! Some minor damage/yellowing
The lace is sheer with floral design.
You could redesign and make this your own!
