shows some wear and tear; battery connectors are clean; one of the handle bars and one of the foot rests have fallen off (they are both included if you want to reattach). Radio does work, volume is not very loud, I was able to pick up a couple of radio stations very faintly. I am not sure if the radio is just not very powerful or if my location wasn't great for picking up stations; box looks like it has been stained and one of the end flaps is missing.
