Stunning vintage Murano glass ashtray featuring a beautiful ruby red color with intricate patterns, showcasing the craftsmanship of Italian glassmakers. A collectible piece. It does still have an original sticker on the base indicating Handmade in Italy (faint) and shows a bit of wear consistent with age. The style appears to be from the AVEM Murano glassmakers (short for Arte Vetraria Muranese), founded in 1932, by several Murano glassblowers. The Tutti Frutti line was introduced by AVEM in 1953.
