Exceptional Vintage 1960’s Hardwood Rolling Pin for Baking and other Kitchen tasks, especially pie crusts or baking layered products that need smoothing like layer French log Patisserie Products. Entire pin is 18” long, antique screw to antique screw. That screw is attached to a similar metal dowel going down the center of the pin, adding balance and weight. The pin part itself that is about 2 3/8” in diameter is 10” long. This professional bakery rolling pin weighs 1 7/8 lbs.
Wood is in near mint condition, no imperfections in this over 60 year old tool.
