This bathroom set was made by Strombecker in 1933 and was designated as "Embellished Bath Room No. #534". Includes a tub, sink, toilet, hamper and vanity with kidney-shaped bench. The complete set would have also included a medicine cabinet.
Made of solid wood, enameled in medium green paint and embellished with gold swirls. The sink has a bent wire faucet and metal tacks for handles. These weren't added to the tub until 1936. The toilet has a small tack for the flusher and the lid on the hamper opens on small metal eyelets.
Made in just slightly larger than typical 1:12 scale. The tub measures 5" long, 2 3/4" wide and 1 1/2" tall and the other pieces are relatively sized. More dimensions gladly provided.
