Original 1965 Bell System lineman's leather safety belt and climbing rig, manufactured by B. H. Buhrke Co. This set includes the full body belt marked "D Belt 4", canvas safety strap with hooks, and a leather tool holster. All components show heavy wear and patina consistent with age and use—leather is worn and stiff in areas, and metal parts have corrosion and oxidation. Marked "Bell System" and "Size 24", with a brass badge dated 9-65. A rare find for collectors of telecommunications history, industrial equipment, or mid-century utility gear.
