Vintage 1950s Pearl Choker/Collar Necklace With Fabric Backing 14 1/2" Neck

Vintage pearl collar necklace that served as a decorative piece of jewelry in the 1950s and could be worn as a choker or collar necklace, often accessorizing a blouse or a tight, crew-neck cashmere sweater. This collar has seven rows of varying sizes of gorgeous cream colored faux pearls and a satin fabric back. The design allows it to be worn with the hook clasp in the front or at the back, offering styling versatility. Faux pearls are in amazing condition, no peeling and none missing. Fabric is discolored and necklace does have some kinks in it from being stored but am sure it would flatten if left out. Collar is tiny, 14 1/2" approx. around and 1 1/4" wide.
