Made from whole grain and no other cereal but rice, our pasta is easy to prepare like any regular pasta and easy to digest. Tinkyada pasta is wheat-free, gluten- free, cholesterol-free, a great source of fiber, kosher certified, certified organic by the organic crop improvement association, and is a canadian product made from u.s.a.
