This Loving Heart Pendant was Picasso's original design produced by Tiffany & Co. as noted by the single jumpring on top of the pendant - of which loops the chain directly through. The newer design has the chain directly soldered onto each side of the heart. This original piece also features a complete 3D design compared to the newer design which is a flat pendant back. Truly a VERY RARE piece.
