I have used and tried several products and there is a hole on back of item in picture #8 but everything opens and closes correctly, just wanted to be honest I cleaned and wiped of with alcohol lip products and and took off layer of items used had it in the box for years but took it out and dropped it, but that's why the hole is there still if full of untouched products and is a great set to try different looks and find your shades listed as fair cause the hole this is a limited Edition holiday set from 2018 but not opened until 3 years ago, feel free to ask questions.
