This is the original, larger Long Box packaging, released in 1996, rather than the later, standard-sized Jewel Case. These were phased out by Sony in Spring 1996, this version is a rarer, more collectible edition that is highly sought after.
***Cosmetic Notes***
My brother and I were the only owners. It does have some light scratching if you look really closely at the disc. I tested it on my PlayStation and it still works.
The cardboard on the top and the side are a little loose They just need to be glued down again.
The plastic piece inside that holds the disc is partially broken.
