Pre-owned. Everything is in great, vintage, and played in condition with normal signs of wear from use and time.
Everything works. The compartments all open and close. The bottom drawer is little harder to pull open, but it does open without excessive force. The mirror has some scratches. Some marks on the inside and outside of the playhouse consistent with age and use.
