Cartridge tray insert is a replacement
The bottom tab had tears so it was superglued in order to make the bottom tabs hold together
A wire had to be soldered from the via on the front of the board through to the backside, bypassing the damaged via. The back side wire was kept as flat as possible but the pcb sits a little higher as shown
