There are three different models of motherboard for controller ( joystick ) of PS 5
1) BDM -010
Small IC
Big IC
2) BDM-020
Small IC
Big IC
3) BDM-030
Small IC
Big IC
You will need to take out the motherboard from the controller and read the model number on it if it’s BDM 010, BDM 020 or BDM 030
Then turn over the board and measure the length of I.C ( shown in last photo ) whether it’s 4mm or 5mm . If it’s 4mm then it’s small I.C and if it’s larger than 4mm then it’s big I.C
