Bought in store, the pillow and insert are new and never used, but without the original price tags intact (with the original item tags intact on the pillow cover, though!)! Just pulled from a Christmas storage box, completely forgotten, and ready for a new home!

The pillow cover can be laundered; laundering the insert will be tricky (because it is down!)
