Gorgeous flower embroidery on the halter style top, with a dark blue tulle bottom. Ties at the back of your neck.
Only worn once!
Size 00. Was altered slightly to be a little looser but not by very much. Maybe fits more like a 0. I am 5’8” and 115lbs.
Alterations made the back along the zipper slightly uneven, shown in the last picture, but still pretty unnoticeable.
Has a built in bra and extra sequins.
