Concealed behind a dreaded mask, the Lord of Plagues peers stoically upon his victims, the malignant aura of his vile blessings surrounding him. Armed with a Plague-ridden Great Blade, he metes out grim fates to those unfortunate enough to come within his reach. His grotesque form is adorned with rancid boils, open sores, and cankerous bulges, unmistakably marked by Nurgle's putrid gifts.
