The frame is in excellent condition with no chips etc. and the front glass has always been protected with a screen protector so is in mint condition with no scratches etc.
The battery health is 83%.
The back can be fixed for $40, if you need a shop to replace the back - let me know and I will point you to the right resource!
With a replaced back, this device would be a mint condition phone!
