This is an indie card from an American creator.
There are two types: "Yes or No?" and "When and How?", which answer questions that can be answered with YES or NO, and tell you when and how it might happen.

It's suitable for when you want a straightforward answer of YES or NO, rather than the reader's interpretation, and it's closer to an inspiration card among oracle cards.

It's not published as a local indie deck, and it's hardly distributed in Japan, so it's hard to get.
As far as I've checked, there are no shops in Japan that carry it.
