Hirshmaur 1900’s vintage coat

This vintage coat is from the 1900s. It is crazy heavy. It is fully lined with an embroidered floral design. It’s in mint condition with the exception of the loop that goes over the button needs to be mended. It’s currently tied in a knot and it does work, but it is in two pieces. I only found one other coat currently listed. It’s on Poshmark for $2000. There is no sizing anywhere on the piece and no material labels. The bust measures 20 1/2 inches, the shoulders are about 18 inches, and the length is 45 inches. There is also an inside pocket that I attached a photo of there are no outside pockets. I would say it would probably fit a size 10 to 14 best. The other one is listed as Persian lamb fur and looks very similar to this, but with no material tags, I cannot guarantee that is what this is.
