Hand-painted with a vivid mushroom and foliage design in soft pastel hues, this antique porcelain plate is a beautiful example of early 20th-century artistry. Featuring a gold rim and signed by the artist E. Chamnaryme (or similar), the piece was likely decorated in a small studio using a blank produced by the Königszelt porcelain factory in Silesia (now Poland), identifiable by the faint green tree backstamp on the reverse.
Estimated to date from the late 1800s to early 1900s, this plate captures the dreamy naturalism of the Art Nouveau period. A small hand-painted “3” on the underside adds to its uniqueness—likely a painter’s or mold number.
