My lose your gain. Ordered two boxes of these, installed one, and my wife decided she wanted to go a different way with holiday lights.
These lights HAVE BEEN INSTALLED on my house for about the last two weeks. I took them down and checked to make sure that they still function before re-boxing (see pics). The adhesive pads that came preinstalled on the lights will have to be removed and replaced with the backup adhesive pads that were included with the kit. Also one of the two strands was cut during the install (they are designed to do this). I can either repair the strand for you, or supply some waterproof, heat shrink solder wire connectors for you to do the repair yourself (just let me know in a message afterwards).
These are budget friendly clones of the popular Govee style lights. The pics here are for reference of how the lights looked when I did install them on the garage. The lights are super easy to install and the app makes it easy to select all kinds of cool settings.
