This is a full complete set of 15 figures, consisting of 3 sets of 5 figures (with bases & pouches) each, which could be purchased through a mail-in offer at the time.
I displayed them for a short while and then stored them carefully back in their boxes. Unfortunately, the pouches have deteriorated significantly over time and I had to discard them. I have cleaned the figures before listing them. I believe the figures themselves, the bases, and the boxes (some with minor damage from shipping) are in good condition. There are no individual bags for the figures. I will pack and ship the actual items shown in the images. Please assess the other conditions based on the images.
