Frigoboat, Flat Evaporators for Air or Water Cooled Condensing Units. Some of these evaporators are available with a SS cover that protects the evaporator from bumps from cans and orher hard objects. The covered units are not recommended for freezer applications.
- Volume = Refrigerator Volume
- Pre-charged evaporator supplied with tubing and Frigoboat self-sealing couplings
- Uses non-ozone depleting refrigerant R134a
- Complete with mounting hardware
- Epoxy painted with food grade enamel
- Flat Evaporators can be bent to fit against two or more walls of the insulated box
- Minimum bending radius is 1-1/2"
- These flat evaporators must be installed with the long dimension being horizontal
- Tubing is all copper for increased corrosion protection
- Tubing length is 9.2 feet on all evaporators
- Pre-charged tubing extensions available separately
- Requires Condensing Unit and Thermostat for complete system
