• Only unopened, factory-sealed DJI products are eligible for a refund.
• Opened boxes or used items are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

3. Repairs & Exchanges

• If a product is found to be defective, it may be repaired or exchanged only if approved by the manufacturer (DJI).

• Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable handling or insurance fees.
