Destinee vintage beaded/sequined high low hem dress

This beaded and sequined dress by Destinee is absolutely stunning. From the 1990's. The sheer outer shell is 100% polyester, looks and feels like silk. 100% Rayon lining. Spot clean only. Back zip. Gold sequin flowers with black and gold beads at the top of the shoulders and below the hips. Sheer sleeves with sequins and beading at the top, gold beading at the cuffs. Snap cuffs. Drop waist is separate from the gathered skirt. Large 90's shoulder pads. Size 12 but please use measurements to insure a good fit. It measures 38" long front center, 46" in the back. Laying flat seam to seam it's 19" across under the arms, 15 1/2" at the waist, 20 1/2" at the hips. It's in very good condition. The only issues I can find are a few loose threads on the back by the zipper. A few of the small black beads appear to have lost some of their finish. Smoke free home.
