A Solo Jazz Debut on Audiophile Hybrid Stereo SACD! This New album from well-known Audiophile Label Opus 3 Records is called Reflections and is the first solo album from Jazz Artist Tommy Crona. This albums includes covers of two not very well known, but beautiful songs of Chick Corea; "Mirror, Mirror" is a jazz waltz and "Bud Powell," which is a straight forward jazz tune dedicated to the wonderful pianist Bud Powell. Also included on this Album are songs of Monk, of Bernstein and also some jazz standards. The last song of this CD is a traditional Swedish tune called "Visa fr & aring;n Utanmyra." This song became well known after Jan Johansson's great interpretation. Musicians Hans Backenroth on bass and Jesper Kviberg on drums rounds out this Jazz Trio Release. This album contains 12 songs. This Stereo/Hybrid SACD can be played on any standard compact disc player.
