It's the Eevee that started the fantastic Eeveelution!! This is the "extremely rare" 2016 BAB 1st Edition "Starter Eevee or Eevee S"!
She has the rare red eyes and this edition was only released in a limited amount and are now impossible to find anywhere, especially brand new with no tags attached. She's truly quite the collector's item!!
