EMILIO SANTIAGO, MILTON NASCIMENTO, MARIA BETHANIA, Brazilian classic album 4-piece set ♪
*Not sold separately

① "EMILIO SANTIAGO" Emilio Santiago
★1991 Brazilian reissue★
*There is a brown discoloration from cellophane tape on the upper left of the back cover (no peeling of the jacket). The condition is generally good with no major damage such as抜け (missing). The condition of the record is good.
A different jacket version of the masterpiece debut released in 1975. Starting with the Brazilian break "Bananeira," the mellow "Quero Alegria" with Donato's electric piano voicing and Emilio's gentle voice, and flowing strings intertwined organically, the samba "Batendo a Porta" with the scat of the theme and the interplay of electric piano and flute obbligato, the bluesy English-lyric soul track "Brother" by Jorge Ben, and "Doa a Quem Doer," a cover of Ivan Lins's song with the rhythm section of the Ivan band at the time, "Mode Livri." The gem-like repertoire created by the SSW of Brazil at the time, the backing and accurate arrangements by renowned musicians such as Joao Donato, Dori Caymmi, Ivan Conti (Azymuth), Wilson das Neves, and Victor Assis Brasil. All of them are organically intertwined and shining brilliantly, but it is the voice of Emilio, the rare interpreter who was also called "Brazil's Nat King Cole" and gained the deep trust of many musicians, that brings out such a positive relationship.
As a true classic of 1970s Brazilian music, which undoubtedly demonstrated the world's highest quality in terms of singing, performance, composition, and arrangement, it is a rare masterpiece that should be heard by all music fans, as well as DJs and Brazilian music fans.
