This exquisite balance is created by taking a standard blend of Mocha and Java and adapting it to our tastes.
The roasting degree is a bit shallow, but the cross over creates a depth of flavor. The taste is sophisticated without being too refined or assertive, so much so that it rivals even the finest coffees.

Ingredients: Coffee beans (Ethiopian, Peruvian, etc.)
