This is a black jirai kei dress from the brand Liz Lisa. It is straight from Japan and has only been worn about 4-5 times. I have another outfit exactly like this so I’m selling this to make room for different colors.
There is a big bow on the front and there is a zipper on the side. The back has shirring to make it adjustable for different sizes, but I’d recommend a small/medium to wear it. It’s a bit short, it goes down to my mid thighs. It’s poofy, no petticoat needed. I attached a picture of me wearing it for reference.
