Antique Porcelain Platter marked Imperial H S Austria Iron red color.

It is a beautiful antique platter. This piece measures approx 13” long x 8” in the middle. The sides are undulated and the corners are rounded and lobed with key hole cut in's. Iron red ground with all-over gilt by hand decoration in the Japanese manner with painted with gilt outlined edges. It is decorated with berries, flowers, and cherry blossoms.
Condition: this beautiful antique piece has a repair on the rim and age-related wear and tear such as paint loss, discoloration, crazing and shelf wear as pictured. Despite condition it still makes a lovely collectible piece and would look fabulous in a China cabinet. Sold as preowned. The pictures are part of the description, what you see is what you get.
