RARE to find the sharpener and fork together! According to an online source, it features a Mother Of Pearl & Sterling Handle, Pat. July 6, 1886! The blades and tines are believed to be made of steel.
Fork is approx 10” and sharpener approx 13”. The ‘fork’ comes with unique built on resting stand.
There is some tarnish, but luckily, tarnish is removable and can be cleaned if desired. The ferrule on each does have visible wear from over 100 years of use.
