Antique Chinese 9K Gold Carved Jadeite Nephrite Panel Bracelet
This exquisite antique Chinese panel bracelet, likely from the Art Deco or early Retro era (1930s-1950s), features seven distinct jade panels set in 9K yellow gold. The panels showcase a beautiful variety of green jade, including intricately carved jadeite featuring the peach motif, which in Chinese culture symbolizes immortality and long life. There is one smooth, beveled nephrite cabochon. Another nephrite panel is pale green with dark green spots carved in the character Shuangxi (囍), which translates to Double Happiness and is traditionally used to celebrate marriage. The ornate filigree clasp features the Chinese character Fu (福), representing good fortune and blessings.
The bracelet measures approximately 7" long by 1/2" wide and has a total weight of 13.11 grams. The gold is marked 9K along side of a Chinese character.
