Antique 50 ft tape measure made by George M. Eddy & Co. of Brooklyn, New York, dating to the early 1900s. Features a leather-wrapped case with brass rewind crank and cloth measuring tape. The tape pulls out to full 50 ft length and rewinds properly. Numbers remain legible though darkened with age. The leather case shows expected wear and surface cracking but remains intact with good stitching. Brass hardware has a rich aged patina.
