Prom, early 1970s: a light blue shirt with a cascade of ruffles down the front and on the button cuffs. Edged in matching light blue (rayon?) thread. Hidden front button placket. Long sleeves. Pointy collar. Shirt tail hem. Plastic buttons in white. 85% Polyester / 35% Cotton woven fabric. Manufactured by After Six and most likely made in the U.S.A. Previous owner's name stamped inside the collar --- please see pictures). In good condition, ready for a bow tie and a groovy party!
