Capture a rare piece of history with this charming 90-year-old antique doll!
This is a 1930's Vintage Antique Eegee Goldberger's "Miss Charming" Doll. Note the green tin sleep eyes. She must have glass irises, but one is unfortunately messed up.
She sports a replaced Shirley Temple style wig with an abundance of beautiful curls.
Also known as "Little Miss Movie" and "Miss Charming," she was a leading Shirley Temple look-alike of her time. This doll is one of the first ones made, or "First Runners," by the E. Goldberger Doll Mfg. Co. The later versions were marked on the head. As with most Eegee Goldberger dolls from this era, there is no marking.
