1960s GLAM vintage dress. Fitted bodice, straighter fit skirt w large wide scarf/sash accent (attached) with fringe. 3/4 sleeves, Great Breakfast at Tiffany's style. High neckline, low square back. Unlined, no shoulder pads. Gussets at armpits, about 2.5" turned up for hem, edged with ribbon.

CONDITION: Good vintage condition, no holes or stains but has some "shine", probably due to fabric content - rayon, acetate or similar
