The product is a set of four Iittala Tsaikka glasses, designed by Timo Sarpaneva in 1957. These glasses are designed for hot drinks like tea or mulled wine, with a characteristic metal holder that keeps hands from getting too hot. The clear glass and the metal holders are nickel-plated and have a looped design.
Fun fact, the design of the holders was inspired by a zipper factory, and the first holders were made from leftover perforated metal sheets. These are hard to find and crafted very well. These are a conversation starter! Measures 2.5" H x 3" W and the opening is 2.25".
