This is for a ladies 18k yellow gold Italian hand carved helmet shell cameo with a lady motif pendant brooch/pin. The cameo is of a pretty lady with flowers and harp or musical instrument. The pendant/brooch has a working clasp that moves up and down with swivel bail. This is a beautiful cameo with high polish and rope bezel and in very good condition. Back of the cameo is stamped 750 with blurred stamp. The cameo measure approximate between 1 1/2"-2" inch x slightly shy 1 1/2 inch and weighs 9.6 grams.
